By accessing or using LocoPDF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

LocoPDF provides client-side PDF tools that run in the browser, along with related account, billing, and subscription features. The service may include a free tier with limited lifetime uses per tool and a paid Pro tier billed monthly or annually.

User responsibilities

• You must have the legal right or authorization to process any documents you use with LocoPDF.
• You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing purposes.
• You are responsible for reviewing your processed files before relying on them for personal, professional, legal, financial, medical, or business purposes.

Output quality disclaimer

PDF processing results may not be perfect. LocoPDF does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or formatting of output files. Users should verify important documents after processing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LocoPDF is not liable for file corruption, data loss, formatting issues, business losses, or any damages arising from or related to your use of the service or your reliance on processed output.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if LocoPDF has been advised that such damages may be possible.

No warranty

LocoPDF is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges through our payment processor unless and until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for prorated refunds. Annual plans may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of the initial annual purchase, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service or any account if we reasonably believe there has been abuse, fraud, misuse, unlawful conduct, or a violation of these Terms.

Changes to the service or terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide notice by updating the effective date, posting the revised terms on the site, or using another reasonable form of notice.

Governing law

These Terms of Service will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles to the extent not required by applicable law.
